1. Find your university
Pick your campus once and GradeView remembers it. Everything you see from then on is your school’s real grading history — not a national average, not another campus.
2. Search the course
Type a course code and GradeView shows you the full distribution: how many students earned an A, a B, a C, a D and an F, the grade average, and how many students that is based on. Some courses have tens of thousands of records behind them.
3. Compare the professors
This is where it pays off. The same course taught by two professors can be two completely different classes, and GradeView breaks the course down by the person actually teaching it. Tap any professor to see every course they have taught and how they graded it.
4. Register with your eyes open
Filter by year and semester to see how a course grades now rather than five years ago, then go pick your section knowing what you are walking into.
Where the numbers come from
Every figure in GradeView is an official university grade record — the same data the registrar holds, obtained from the institution under public records law. Nothing is estimated, modelled, or voted on by students.
That is the whole difference. Ratings sites tell you how a professor made people feel. GradeView tells you what they actually gave out.
